The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times

  • North America : 3 - 7 business days
  • Europe : 1 - 3 weeks
  • Asia Pacific : 1 - 3 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Privacy policy

Once shipped, we can no longer be held responsible for the what happens to the packages, unless we mistakenly shipped to the incorrect address. (Please always double check your entered address at checkout as we use it automatically when printing the labels.)
-Damaged and lost packages (never marked 'Delivered') are the responsibility of USPS, and sometimes can be monetarily refunded through insurance claims.
-All of our shipments include tracking, and shipments that are marked 'Delivered' to the correct address are completely out of our hands. At the point the package is delivered to the address of the customer it becomes their property and responsibility.
These MIA 'Delivered' packages are generally packages that have been left in unsecured mailboxes and apartment buildings, and have likely been stolen.
-In the case of an item being marked 'Delivered' to your address, but nowhere to be found, we suggest a police report to be filed for the missing package.

Please understand, it wouldn't be fair for us to be blamed for something that was stolen or lost by USPS after we've went through so much trouble to carefully ship it, as we don't know the specific situation, neighborhood, or safety of each customers home, and expect that our customers ask us to ship to safe locations. We also can't be held accountable for USPS issues, as they are at fault in those situations.

-Because of the fragile nature of vintage, we do not accept returns or exchanges in any case.
-If we have listed something incorrectly, such as the sizing is way off or there is serious condition that was missed, we will of course take fault if we are made aware of our error in our listing, and come to the agreement that we made a mistake (we always try to be as honest and understanding as we can be).
-Please remember vintage items should be expected to be in vintage condition which is much different than buying new, modern items. We do our very best to list things as accurately as possible, but sometimes, as we are human, we miss things.
-**In the very unlikely event that we will accept a return for other reasons, please be advised that there will be a 30% restocking fee which covers the original free shipping, Etsy fees, and our time to re-list the item. The buyer will also have to cover the shipping cost back to us.**

What is vintage condition?

Vintage items will be found in 'vintage condition' in which we meticulously choose items that have been well preserved and are still very wearable. We launder and repair items that are in need of such. Please expect minor unnoticeable flaws, especially on older pieces (pre-1940's) as is the nature of vintage. Items that are dead stock or pristine will be stated as such.

Care instructions

Vintage items can be fragile (especially pre-1940's) and should be laundered carefully. Antique items should be worn with care.
